Pay Slip for tier 2 geeral application (PSW to T2 G)

Post by justdopposite » Thu Mar 28, 2013 10:02 am

Dear all

My employer has agreed to give me a pay rise to meet the COS standards. However this will be done only a month before my visa expires.

Could you pls answer the following for me:

1. Do I need to provide the one month pay slip or the new job contract with my T2G application?

2. Do I need to be paid the new salary first before applying for CoS? Can the SOC code be used without me being payed the new appropriate salary at the time of cos application?

Any help would be appreciated and I wish you all the very best

You don't need to provide any contract nor previous payslips if you switching from PSW

just make sure you have contract in place and you should be paid the proposed salary from they you got tier 2
