I got my reply after three weeks. Did you have a solicitor, you need to call the court that you had your appeal and find out what has happened with your determination letter...[/quote

Thank you for reply Zully,
My Solicitor hasn't received anything either. I called the Court and they said that they havn't received Determination from Judge n they advised to write a later to Court which i did. I don't know what to do cus normally Determination does not take that long.

Unfortunately there's not that can be done as its not in our control. If you have written a letter then atleast you will get an answer soon, I m not sure why it's taking so long unless tribunal courts are starting to get busy

Would anyone have the email/phone number for BHC Islamabad? My wife said she had a missed call and is now thinking it could have been the BHC Islamabad attempting to let her know that her refusal decision has been overturned.

I think it is very unlikely that they would want to contact this early. Am fully expecting to go the distance as BHC want to drag out this process for everyone. However, I said I would attempt to contact them, I know it is a waste of time, but have to do it.

So if anyone has an email address/phone number where I can find out the progress on a decision that is being reviewed by BHC Islamabad, please could you post?

Thank you!

Hi people.....
Sorry for delay.
My hubby wasn't really asked much just his wife name and what job she does....
He was not taken in any room just put side where they check the passport. That is all they asked then he came out. They didn't even ask for tb test either. So it was straight forward...
Hope hubby gets here safely. I bet you cannot wait. Really really happy for you I know exactly how you must be feeling...

Take care be in contact soon... Let us know he got here safely...

If we had re-applied rather than appealed we prob would have had a result by now (appealed in march). Starting to feel i made the wrong choice despite having to take the £850 hit. :(

But the opposite could be, that you could apply and they reject you on another issues... They swings and round abouts... This may take 2 months longer but you save £850 and and have the opportunity to fight your case.... I think appeal is the best way and cheapest way....

Ever present zully, thank you. :)

You know how it is. You have months to rethink your decision and...

Deadline is 27 May and in email they said three months which is end April so will keep hoping.

With visa process seemingly returning to normal processing time of 2-3 month, you would think the ECM reviews should also be carried out.

They will not let people know by phone whether their visa is being granted or refused or their appeal review is succesful or overturned. Its done by letter to applicant only( in mot cases)

It is. We have had two members on here that had theirs overturned.. Don't be disheartened... Look, may is your deadline and its around the corner you have waited that long... Don't forget even if it a new app it can get declined but in a court case you can easy win your case..
