Urgent query for Tier 2 General Changes of Employment

Hi Gurus,
I need an important advice from you. I am in TIER 2 and I have resigned my position because I have applied for the Tier 2 Changes of Employment and my documents received by UKBA. Until getting the decision I can't work for the new company. But my First Tier 2 Company requests me to work for 20 hours for next 6 months at evening from remotely as a contract basis. If I have sign the contract within my noticed period then Can I go for the contract with my first company?.

Please advise me. Your co-operation will help me lot.
