Thank you friends!

Bigbrother, application made from Hungary.
For previous earnings, presented 12 original payslips, official letter from the tax authority as well as tax returns (I think equivalent to form 16) both stating tax paid for the previous year which entirely falls out of the period claimed, requested exceptional consideration and provided documents explaining the Hungarian tax system to support the request for exceptional consideration along with the tax card and a statement of earnings from employer.

Bob, they did not reveal the decision over the phone, received the approval letter this morning.

I received my documents and letter back today and I got approval! I am very happy indeed.

Thanks to everyone on this forum, not sure I would have got approval first time around without all the tips and pointers I picked up from this forum.

Now it's time for my FLR application which I will be sending off today.

Urgent

Post by invisibleman » Mon Mar 26, 2007 11:30 am

Hello all,
I have applied for HSMP Last week. But I am having a doubt regarding the stamp on my pay slips....
My pay slips were stamped by company stamp (round stamp) and signed by a person who is from finance. But the person who has signed, has not written either his name or has not mentioned "for company ..." Note that as I receive my pay slips over e-mail, I have printed them and attested by the finance department, but the person who has attested them has NOT written his name and designation. He has just signed and kept Company stamp...

Will this be a problem? Any one got approval with similar kind of pay slips (with company stamp and a sign from a person, but without the contact details/designation of that person or Name of that person)?

Please suggest friends, as it is very urgent for me....I can send my pay slips on letter head as an additional documents now...

Thanks in advance!!

Hello invisibleman,

I have also applied in precisely the same fashion again i am also in the same state of mind as you are , but this i guess shouldnt be a problem as long as you have supplied the bank statements along with these salary slips to show the same amount credited in the bank shouldnt be an issue. But anyone who can shed some light on this issue will be very helpful for all of us.

Thanks!!

I the following web page, see the posting made by the user "smadan_in"

http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewto ... &start=120

After seeing this post I got the doubt. Hence worried about my application.

BTW When I called HO, I came to know that they are currently processing the applications received on 13th March 2007. As my appln got receipt date of 16th March, I cannot send any new documents (like my pay slips on company's letter head etc)...Hence I am just keeping quite and if my appln gets rejected then I will respond to HO....
All the best and keep me updated.....
BTW when did u send ur application? If U have time then I think U can very well send ur pay slips that are corrected, for the benefit of the doubt.

Hi DJs and invisible man

a friend of mine applied with his Payslips Signed by the guy who works in finance dept and also stamped(company seal) and the employee signature(our sign) and was approved. so its cool you guys dont have to worry about it. Do the payslips have the company name and contact details on them?

it should be fine as long it has the company details a company stamp and an authorised signature on your payslips!

also may i ask apart from payslips what other documents have you guys provided for past earnings?

All the best guys!

Hello Bigbrother,
Thanks for ur response...

I have got my employer sign (just signature) and the company stamp on my pay slip. The pay slip is just the print of the softcopy that I receive every month via e-mail. That softcopy has got company Logo (But NO address). However as far as I know, the softcopy of the pay slip does not have company's address. I hope they will accept my pay slips.

Apart from pay stubs, I have submitted my bank statements, Previous year's tax returns, Salary revision letters and salary certificate. I have written a covering letter asking them to consider my pay stubs and bank statement as the primary evidence and rest of the earnings related docs as additional docs. I have also included the references details in the covering letter. I hope HO will accept my documentation ....

BTW, What happened to ur new appln? Keep posted....and let me know if U need any kind of help. All the best !!

--Cheers :D :)
