Wow that was like a same day service - joking :)
Congratulations, you must be very happy!!

A few questions for you:
Did UKBA made any verification to your bank?
Did you get any query from UKBA via email or letter?

Many Thanks!

Cash in hand job is also not allowed. No job is allowed at all. If you are caught during ukba raid while doing cash in hand job, you can still be deported!

Congrats on that quick visa. I am also amazed as to how you are unaware of the full rules under the visa, some of them are really lucky!! :)

I disagree with you about the cash in hand jobs. A lot of my clients are giving cash to their employees with a payslip. A cash in hand job is not illegal, provided all taxes and NI contributions have been paid, both by employees and employer.

It is illegal if your conditions don't allow it, which was the point being made.

This is a great NEWS because most of the applicants even have secured and obtained their Ent T1 visas but now they are in a very tensed condition as circumstances don't allow them to keep up with business now.

Your more highlights in this regard will be appreciated, indeed.
Experience and understanding can get you to the goal.Every information based on my own experience is friendly shared in goodfaith.

ANYONE CAN HELP REGARDING AM I ALLOWED TO CONTINUE MY WORK??
On 3rd April 2013 I applied for the Tier 1 enterpr visa with my team member using third party funds. However First Bank in Nigeria did not include third party contact details on there letter and author of that letter contact details was not included as well.

Bank letterhead paper include bank address and phone number.
But both my name and that of team member was included in the letter
Declaration letter from third party showed his contact details and the signature.
I submitted his bank statement and fixed account statement to prove the fund which also showed his account number.

Please I need advice on my chance of getting this visa because I am beginning to worry when I red the reason for many people refusal on the forum

Will they contact me for more information or just decide on the available ones. Should I collect another letter from Bank and if I do where can I send it to.

I did biometric on 23 April 2013
what is my chance please
