Business Insurance

Do we require a business insurance since we have already started contracting? In my understanding Employers liability insurance is a must but it seems that such an insurance fits in when you have employees working for you. Or is it?

If no employees then a Public Liability Insurance is much more apt as it covers problems related to your clients. If you need a protection for yourself, then an indemnity cover is advised.
