Rai- how old are you?
Generally, non-EEA permits are for children under the age of 21 and dependent on their EEA family member.
Also- I do not know how you can bring your spouse over- I don't think it is possible. If you are married are you still dependent on your mother, or are you self-sufficient? BTW what is your mother currently doing in the UK (working, studying, etc)?
Technically you cannot be a sponsor for someone else. Also, your mother cannot act as a sponsor, from my understanding, because EEA family permits do not cover in-laws.
You'll probably have to ask the Home Office or a senior member of the board, but I think that is right.

In a nutshell, what is your UK immigration status?
How did you enter as a dependant at 26 yo?rai72 wrote:John wrote:I am an NON EEA( INDIAN) DEPENEDENT on my EEA MOTHERYou really have confused matters here, haven't you!I am not dependent on my mother .

when i came uk last year i came here as family dependent of my mother who is a EEA national later after six months i got residence card with permission to work and buisness for five years
now i am working here I am paying tax as well
still my status will be dependent?
I am sorry if it is funny but still i make a request to help meDocterror wrote:The way I see it, it is not really the OP who has confused the matters up. Having been admitted as a dependant and then given a Residence Card that tells you that you can work, what else can one expect?
Funny when you come to think of it- even though you are entitled to work as a dependant, the moment you do start work you lose your right to work as you are no longer a dependant!
Rai72, chances of you being able to bring your husband under your current conditions donot look too good. Just out of curiousity, when is your mother going to eligible to apply for her ILR/PR?
