Need accountant advice please

I am a company director with 100% shares of the company. I have taken only dividend of 35k from my company account and paid into my personal account for my earning. I don't take salary as I am not registered as PAYE. Please I need an accountant advice and help to prepare my company account profit&loss. Not sure if I have taken the dividend the correct as I am not sure I have taken it out of profit from the company. Please I need urgent help.

I have an accountant if it helps, my case was similar to you and visa granted last week.

Clearly not a good idea. Not taking a salary from your company unnecessarily increases the amount of Corporation Tax payable by the company.

Clearly John not a good idea as I was badly advice by my accountant. It is late now for me to adjust what has already been paid. Will this be an issue for my case to be approved. Going forward, I need to correct this with my accountant or get a new accountant. But please advice as I am submitting my application at end of the week. Thanks
