ILR Set O Question

Hi All ,

I browsed through the UKBA site and c's not find the answer so thought to get help on this here.

I came in UK 22 May 2008
22May 2008 to Sept 2008 Work permit
Sept. 2008 till now Tier 1 General.

Am I Eligible to apply for ILR on 19th April 2013 (spend 4 years 10.5 Months IN uk )?

The rule says you can apply no more than 28 days before you complete 5 years.
Hence the earliest day will be 22 May 2013 - 28 days = 24th April?

are you planning to apply in person at PEO on that date or submitting a postal application?

You can apply 28 days before the 22nd of May 2013. So earliest date you can apply is 25th of April 2013.

Sorry ! i forgot to mention that my work permit was tamped on 25th April 2008 and came in UK on 22 May 2008.

I somewhere read that i am eligible to apply 28 days prior from WP stamp date.

can someone please clarify this please and is possible link on UKBA site as well please.
