I don't think so (245ZX(b) fails). However, I believe a Tier 2 dependant may study, without changing to Tier 4.

Depedent visa to Tier 2 general

Post by daggerhead » Sun Mar 31, 2013 10:08 pm

Hi,

My wife is in dependent visa - she is thinking of following options - either studying or working.

What are the prospects/conditions of getting a TIER 2 general visa after studies? Is it tough to get a sponsor after studying in UK.

I am currently in ICT Tier 2 long term visa.

Thanks,
