dependent visa late entry to uk doubt

My wife recently got her tier1 dependent visa in feb'13. But due to some unavoidable circumstances, she would be able to come to uk to join me only in the month of Nov-13.
Will this impact her in anyway in near future? Is there any timeline within which she has to enter UK from the date visa has been granted?
One of my friend said that she will get problems while getting PR? Please suggest if you find any possible problems.
Her current dependent visa is valid till 2016-march.

She can enter anytime while the visa is valid. She needs to spend five years in the UK to qualify for ILR and so, obviously, will have to make extensions of her leave until such a time. However, that is not a problem; it's normal.

The 5yrs period will start from the date of visa issue (or) from the date she enters into UK?

I heard she could live outside UK only for 180 days to be eligible for ILR once she entered UK. Is that true or she could remain outside UK any number of days?
