Tier 2 ICT Dependent visa - Spelling variation in document

HI

My Husband is in UK for a long term assignment, He is processing my dependent visa.
However, While consolidating all the required documents, I found my husbands surname has spelling variations in Marriage document & his passport.
Hir surname in Passport is Ramamurthy but in Marriage certificate it is mentioned as Ramamoorthy.
We dont want the VISA to get impacted, can any of you advise what needs to be done for this

Try to get a affidavit from a justice of peace/solicitor/lawyer
