Employment break Durring WP period

I was initially on WP (stamped 24 April,08) and came to UK on 22 May,08.
WP from 22May 2008 till 7 Oct 2008
on Tier 1 afterwards.

I was on work till 7 Sept. 2008 and then break 5.5 Months from 7 Sept. 2008 to 15 Feb.2009.

I am applying for ILR on 10th April
Q1 - Is the break can cause any issue ?
Q2. - Am i eligible to apply for ILR on 10th April ?
