Accounts spouse visa

I am going to reapply for my wifes spouse visa under LTD company director

(d) (i) If the applicant’s business is a registered company that is required to produce annual
audited accounts, the latest such accounts; or
(ii) If the applicant’s business is not required to produce annual audited accounts, the latest
unaudited accounts and an accountant’s certificate of confirmation, from an accountant who
is a member of a UK Recognised Supervisory Body (as defined in the Companies Act
2006);


my accountant is nor registered with any uk supervisor body. hw can i get around this?

can i get my accounts checked from a registered accountant and get him to provide me a certificate?
would this be acceptable to ukba
