HSMP Forum doing well

Post by Papafaith » Wed Mar 28, 2007 3:16 am

This forum is doing so well.

I know we already have a date for our Judicial review, What i dont understand is why the account is not yet opened? Is it Steven Kong that ought to open the account?
Or can we concentrate our contributions to HSMP forum? We need to start our donations.

Very well indeed!

You might remember that a few VBSI members and an MP met with Liam Byrne on 27 July 2006, see:
http://www.vbsi.org.uk/index.php?mact=N ... eturnid=15
The outcome is described here:
http://vbsi.org.uk/index.php?page=respo ... mps#ADvsLB

In the end of that meeting the Minister's response was very similar: "... will look into it ..."

It is very important to keep political pressure up in addition to legal actions - the HO should realise that these problems will not go away simply because of their delaying tactics to wear our opposition down.

Harvey Son & Filby have a charity account, but some technicalities have to be sorted out as receiving donations from the public is different from charging client fees. Please stand by.

Have yu seen this, someone apealed his extension refusal as per new rules and it was granted on human rights basis. They have lost this war. Lets flood them with appeals.

I will apply for permanent residence next yr at the end of my 4rs, if they refuse me, i will appeal.

Where does it say it has been granted as yet... The HO has decided to contest it...

The outcome of that will decide whether the guy wins his appeal or the HO...

The more you perform acts like this, the more HO is going to get annoyed and make it even more difficult for all the candidates in someway or the other.

Olisun, i dont think this is true and i hope yu are not sugesting we pack and go after a refusal without a fight? HO can not act worse than what they have currently done. Instead of taking the refusal and packing out, am asking guys to appeal like the New Zealander. All HO is doing is buying time by contesting the appeal. This is a clear case of human rights violation.
If it means the case getting to the house of Lords or to European Parliament so be it. The era of lobbying is gone.
Enough is enough.

I refuse to entertain the fear of what HO will do tomorrow, this is not life. The year i came here a friend and colleague went to Canada. He and his family lives in peace, all i do everyday is fashion alternate plans.
Olisun, they cant make it harder than it is now.

Thanks Gloria. This is what i meant when i said flood HO with appeals. Another person is appealing his extension refusal.

Dont be depressed guys, lets appeal any refusal, if we have to use legal aid, we will. HO dont deserve our patience.
