Would you please tell us when you had applied?

And also what did they ask you on the telephone? Were they satisfied at the end?

I hope it went well for you.

I don't think if it was a telephone call. What he means by interview call is, a letter from HomeOffice about interview timing etc.

hmmmmm ..... did u submit business plan and market research?

did you maintained funds since you applied?

regarding questions I guess it will be regarding business and funds, a good detail business plan will be very helpful, doesn't matter how good your idea is and you are running business successful ... but still to convince someone if you put all this on paper will be very helpful that what my thinking.

regards

check these link someone from outside country applied and shared the questions.

I have applied on 29 and received a query on. 11th march sent them the relevant documents on 28 and they received it on 3rd April due to holidays and since then I am waiting. Just so much under pressure now I don't know what they are doing exactly.

You know, so sarcastic. i do,nt bother to write any further response or read your post.If you think youre not wrong but peoples are misunderstanding you then, dont worry, ignore them and go on with 'yourself'..dont change for them.someday they get to realise their mistakes.

Your case is Hold by UKBA, They either think you are not running genuine business or are checking you out to for possibilities or they think you might be a suspect of some kind or they could want you for further questioning in any other situation.
Why don't you just go ask them what is up Instead of criticizing others, whose visa application is approved?

Anyways best of luck.
You just did and what makes you think that I will change my self for twat like you.

ATTENTION EVERYONE

We have UKBA representative here with us who thinks that all of us who are waiting for our application outcome are suspects

Only because you got your visa in relatively quick time doesn't mean that rest of us are involved in fraudulent activities. Also I never criticized you neither I need to.

I applied for EV on Feb 10/2013 and got to know its been rejected today for the same reason as yours saying bank letter was not correct wrt amount disposable in UK, I am not sure if I should appeal it as my lawyer said it will cost me £1600 +£140 extra...I am in a situation where I cannot in any way afford to pay so much money but I cant see all my hard work to apply for VISA- go waste as I really had some serious problems while applying for it. Can some one help please? I have not even see the rejection letter yet, so I am not sure how long I get to stay If I dont appeal or how long I have to appeal in case. hello

sorry to say that if u willing to invest money in this country either 50 k or 200k i think money wont be any problem that mean u cant even afford 1% or 2% of ur future investment to appeal

dont take me wrong its just a question which most of the people would like to hear the answer of it
