Business NQL 4 (PSW to 50K)

HI Guys,

I am planning to invest in the Recycling Business( psw 50k), but i am not sure that recyling business come under NQL4 or not.

Could you please let me know if its appropriate business for Tier 1E Visa.

Any help would highly appricated.

on this list its showing me its come under (SOC 1235, Section E ) It would be hight appricated if you could double check it and reply if im right. Thanks

Tip: When faced with a large pdf file to read, simply hit Crtl F and run search of a key word or phrase.

DO i need to send any paperwork to prove that i invested in Recyaling business or they can check it form company house appointment report ?

Ok I can do the donkey work for you on this occasion.

Just checked in the stated link, it looks like at level 4 but only limited to (water, supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation activities.)

If your job designation is at leve 4 and core activities of business at level 4 then yes I think you should be alright.

What document should i need to print from Companies House for below requirement. Is it any specific document number form ?

Printout of a Companies House document showing the address of the registered office, or head office if it has no registered office, and your name, as it appears on the application form, as a director.

What sort of recycling business ur planning to start?

All recycling business required high investment hence u will have to show all ur documents in correct format.

Hi Onewin you are right recycling business need high investment but luckily my friend have already existing Recycling business and i were invested in his business in jan 13, so i am applying under funds already invested in business all 50 k.

Finally summited my application today at Durham, Missed the next day delivery yesterday. So Went there and deposited on counter, however they didn't gave any receipts!

You never had to go to Durham

For example, if your visa is expiring on 6th of April 2013 via Royal Mail (regardless of whether it is recorded or normal), your application is accepted for 6th April 2013 (regardless of when UKBA will get your file)

If you are using private courier service, you need to make sure your file is received by UKBA before your visa expiry date.

Hi Blackbird, I didn't say that my leave was finishing on 6 April, it is finishing on 13 April, I went there because i want to summit it before the 6April as fees and NQF codes change on 6April. I went to reception of the building and the man on reception said its two different offices in that building and he said you can give your application to me and it will go in internal post to ukba in next one hour.

and one more thing i want to tell that all application with post address goes to royal mail depo, Postal address I went to following addresses and its royal mail depo address.
