1) You did not overstay as your immigration status is maintained during an appeal process

2) Check what hours were you allowed to work during & off term times, since your Tier1 was granted initially, most probably you would be answering NO to that question

You didmt overstay.
But have the documemts in order if they challenge you.

Also, get your SAR details , so that you are sure what details they hold of you, and will help you prepare for any challenges or questions
