HSMP Dependant Visa for Baby born in India?

Hi,
Iam a HSMP visa holder currently in the UK and my Wife who is a HSMP dependant holder is pregnant and is back in India(Our Home Country).
If she delivers the baby back in India what is the procedure for the baby to come to UK? Do we have to take a passport and get a EC based on the HSMP dependant visa? Is there any restrictions for the baby to enter the UK say after 1 month of its birth?
