Can you please explain the process of fingerprints?yes86 wrote:Hey everyone..
Here is the timeline for my application
Submitted on the 03-01-2013
Fingerprint invitation was sent 28-01-2013 (however my name was spelt incorrectly. I called them and was told to wait three weeks for another finger print invitation)
Received the second invitation on 09-02-2013
submitted fingerprint on 12-02-2013.
Today i received my ILR decision dated 28-03-2013.
I know compared to most of you, i got it back pretty fast but i have one small tip for those who are about to submit their application. It would be handy if you include a CRB clearance with your application. Since there is a whole section in the SET application asks about conviction and stuff, i included a CRB with mine. This might have had some impact on my application.
Good luck to all of you..
Congrats, was it via DX courrier or Royal mailsunshine0101 wrote:Hi all, I've received my ILR. here is my timeline:

What happened to those who are waited to more then 6month for ILR Stage and they are all affected to the new rules after October 2013 for naturalisation because ESOL and Life in the uk test both will require to show but the problem is that there is lots of people from July and Aug club member`s were received their ILR in mid Feb 2013 they were all affected for naturalisation I don`t know what we can do but just hopping from the home office they will extending time line for Naturalisation for Set protection Route ILR holder. However best wishes for those who are received ILR quickly.Peterpan81 wrote:
Just got back Home, Calling card left from DX courrier service

Arranged to pick up myself tomm
It seems you are very stressed about the new changes, we would need to do Life in the UK test anyhow.babe_khyber wrote:What happened to those who are waited to more then 6month for ILR Stage and they are all affected to the new rules after October 2013 for naturalisation because ESOL and Life in the uk test both will require to show but the problem is that there is lots of people from July and Aug club member`s were received their ILR in mid Feb 2013 they were all affected for naturalisation I don`t know what we can do but just hopping from the home office they will extending time line for Naturalisation for Set protection Route ILR holder. Congratulation Peterpan81. I am not worry about my self I had passed life in the uk test in 2007+ESOL 1,2,3, Speaking and listening, writing, Reading. I am just thinking for my wife She has passed ESOL With Citizenship ENTRY 2 LEVEL at the movement she is fine with E2 but after October 2013 will be problem for Naturalisation Stage. Because we will applying in Feb 2014 for Naturalisation if the home office not delayed my ILR last year then we wont be affected but what can I do.Peterpan81 wrote:My timeline for SET Protection:
