Eligibility for ILR 5 Years of Employed on IGS+workpermit

Post by kasi » Tue Apr 09, 2013 10:13 am

I have been working over 5years now but still not sure that I do qualify for the ILR or not. I got IGS in 2007 and in 2008 my company applied for Workpermit which we finally received it in June 2009 and I am still working as a software engineer. from 2007 till present I have been working apart from couple of months break in between due to my workperimit issue delayed. my question is that can I apply for ILR now and I have been employed more than 5years now, four on workpermit and two year before this in which I was employed as a software engineer.
I'll be greatful if someone can clarify this and guide me through what should I do. my workperimt will expire in June 2014.
also, do we they have any salary restriction before they grant ILR or not?

Thanks,
