OCI: Self-attested copy of passport returned back

Hi All,

I was granted British Citizenship through naturalisation then applied for OCI (in person) with following documents:

- Self attested copy of British Passport
- Self attested copy of Surrender Certificate
- Self attested copy of Naturalisation Certificate
- Self attested copy of Indian passport (revoked)

However the self attested copy of Indian passport was returned by the lady at the counter, she didn't take it. Is it normal?

surrender certificate is only required not the revoked indian passport.
