Help with filling Tier 1 application

Hi All,

I got my appointment on thursday this week and am struck at point while filling address at B14 in Tier 1 application. I have lived less than 5 years in my present address, so to cover 5 yrs i got 3 more addresses excluding present address which covers thats period but in the application we got only space for one previous address. So how can i fill the remaining address.

Any help will be great.

I don't think the form asks for more than one previous address.

Thanks for pointing it out.
So if i fill my previous address before current address shall do right where i lived for 1 yr 6 months.

"If you have lived at the address above for less than five years please provide your previous address details and the dates you lived there"

So if i fill my previous address before current address shall do right where i lived for 1 yr 6 months.

this is what i did, it no where says Addresses(s), dosent say covering 5 years or x number of years, dosent say attach extra sheet if needed.
So i think its ok to mention just previous address.

just put the last previous address there.

The dependant application form asked all addresses in 5 years, we just attached a piece of paper there.
