thank you apply4hsmp are you applying also ? how sure are you ?

I am asking that because translating and notorization of one document and 12 documents have huge difference in the name of cost.

I am able to get a consoludated document from the bank in english so that I can save some expense.

Then go for a single doc and make sure it IS genuine. I am sure HO will not have a problem as long it is true. They have means of cross verifying if they are not convinced.

I have submitted individual statements for 8 months and a single statement for the remaining 4 months. If it is authentic it doesn't matter at all.

Be cautious, you need Bank statements. That is most of the people have done. I have not heard any success strory from this forum from people who just submit consolidated bank statement.

The reason why you need Bank statements is to support the salary level that you claim. They could see that there is a steady/monthly flow of your salary to your bank account.

But if you want to take risk you could always do so. Please tell your result if you decide to do so, so other people might learn from your experience.

the key word is the SOURCE OF INCOME.

your bank statement or statements should clearly show that money in is your salary if you are on salaried employment

Hi All,

I have one question in this regard.

Is it good practice to highlight the salary transation in the statement with lets say a highlighter. Can this by any remote chance be treated as tampering with authenticate documents.

Thanks in advance for all replies.

I have always submitted a consolidated bank statement because my statements are electronic which they don't accept. So I write to HSMP my statements are electronic so I have printed it out and went to the bank so the bank officer has verified that the statement is true.
This has been for the first application and extensions
Now to show income, the last time I had to renew, my payslips are online too and I just downloaded them and printed them out. They didn't seem to have a problem with it either. Then again I might have been lucky since based on what I have read on this site about the smallest detail as a basis for rejection.
Good Luck

Thanks for the reply. But does this mean you did not highlight the particular salary transactions in your bank statement?

NO I have never shown a correlation with salary payments to deposits in my bank account but feel free to do so for your application
