Payment for PEO appointment in Cardiff

I managed to book an appointment for late May in Cardiff. I have paid the £100 booking fee so how do I pay the balance?

The PEO payment form (http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... m-main-app) is confusing so I am seeking clarification. The visa type is Tier 2 so the fee under the new rules is £953.

1) Is the outstanding balance £853 or £953?
2) If the balance is £853, the PEO form does not make any mention of the £100 so how do I make payment?
3) If I am paying by debit card, will I still need to submit the PEO form at least 6 working days prior to the appointment?

Very confused so your help is very much appreciated.
