Thanks for the reply just find SET(O) on the immigration but it explains differnt things.
My employment income i will show
1) Payslips and 2) account statement and additional document employment letter

But for the company income i am confused, I think i would show
1)Company certificate of incorporation
2) company account statement
3) divident vouchers
4) my account statement
5) letter from the HMRC corpotation tax

Could you please send me the link of SET(O)
Thanks

• personal bank statements for the full 12- month earnings period
and either:
• payslips for the full 12-month earnings period; or
• a letter from his/her employer.
If the applicant is paid with a combination of salary and dividends, and the salary and dividend payments do not both appear on the applicant’s payslip, this employee could provide the documents listed above plus:
• dividend vouchers for each dividend payment claimed, showing both the gross and the net dividend.

Hoever in the extra documents I can provide invoices for further verification of the income and will provide certificate of incorporation of the limited comapny

please correct me if in case i am wrong
Thanks

I believe you are operating through your limited company and withdraw salary dividend ...you can provide following documents as earnings evidence

1.accounant letter with summary of salary and dividend income
2. Salary slips
3. Dividend vouchers
4. Personal bank statements

In addition you can provide business bank statements.

There are many topics on this in this forum. Refer to those to prepare documents as suitable in your case. I have recommended you the standard set of documents but many people submit additional documents to support their case.

You can create it on your own or you can ask your accountant but it has to be signed by you

The dividend voucher does not need to be signed by you.

You have to supply atleast 2 different sources of proof for each type of income, it would be better if the sources are external.

This means an accountant's certifying your income would be treated as more reliable than a document signed by you.

If you have additional proofs from different external sources (such as bank statements, client's payment advice etc), it would be better.

Hi

I am going to apply for my TIER 1 Extension in May.

I have got PAYE (salary) and ltd (salary + dividends).

I have seen on other forums that applications have been kept for further checks to see contracts with clients, communication proof and nature of services provided to them, and how you advertise your business.

Do I have to do this for my company as well as I was on several contracts on behalf of my company, or is this more relevant for people who are registered as self employed

Please advise.
