extension visa of Limited leave to remain as a partner

hi,
i read the finacial requirment UKBA, just my question is when making renweal of extension visa of Limited leave to remain as a partner after 2 years:-
1) is 22400 GBP i need to show in my account as saving (me, wife & 1 child)?
2) i have overseas property income deposited regularly in overseas bank, will this be considered as meeting financial requirement?
3) Self employee income from selling goods abroads, and transfer the money to UK bank, will this be considered as meeting financial requirement?
