FLR(HSMP) Dependants - Confused...

FLR(HSMP) Dependants - Confused...

Hello

I am about to apply for FLR(HSMP) and want to include my partner (who is on a working holiday visa in the UK) as dependant spouse.

Under the FLR(HSMP) guideline page 5, Section 1, heading "Dependants" it states that the form can be used for unmarried partners if they are applying at the same time.

Has anyone been down this road before? Can you please shed some light - does this mean he can stay in the UK and not have to leave the country to apply as dependant spouse?
