On what basis were your residing the UK for 6 years?

Were you subject to transitional restriction, if so, did you obtain or right to work, or how was your work or employment legal.

Use EEA3.

(Having worked legally for 12 months, no further restrictions can be applied in terms of working).

I again write my query and my questions here:

Here is my timeline...

I have spent already just about more than 6 Years here in UK.

I am ROMANIAN NATIONAL.

1-First Year in UK i was in full time Education -i have the college letters.

2-During being a student i was working Part time-20 Hours.

Now i want to apply for EEA3-Certification of Permanent Residence.

My questions are follows:

1-How many wages slips should i send?
2-How many P60 shall i send?
3-How Many Bank Statement shall i send?

4-I never had any EHIC since i came into UK,i never needed any Health insurance anyway but i have on NHS few times.
When i read the EEA3 forms, its mentioned about EHIC-heath insurance SO in my case what shall i do regarding HEALTH INSURANCE which i never had?

I want to start counting my Years from the time i came into the UK so please kindly guide me about my questions.

Thank you very much for your kind help.

@jimz, can you try and keep your posts concise please? You have the ability to edit them if you require. I'd moved some of the duplicate ones away to help make the tread readable.

You need to provide evidence of five years' legal residence. Pick one for each year spent in the UK. Try and organise your application as concisely as you can.

(It is unlikely that UKBA will insist on CSI as you appear to already have had your status of student recognised).

How many wages slips? Bank statements? P60 ? How many of these?

Your help is very much appreciated....

ok the following will help, obviously, the more documents you provide the easier it is to prove your case.

ensure you take copies of everything you send... UKBA Loose lots of things...

P45's, p60s,
letter from employers..( ask employer for a letter, if they wont give you one, do a subject access report for the information they hold on you - the most they can charge is £10... and CURRENT employers cant charge that!)
also Tax returns
pay slips
college letters
any benefit letters (JSA for time off work etc)
tax credits etc...

the more you send, the easier to verify... - ensure what you send doesnt leave gaps...

if you have been a worker with the same company for the last six years this is easy : one letter from the employer stating so...

you need to send your passport. blue card? is this the worker card scheme thing? if so, ukba have a copy of this already, but send any reference numbers along with it...

note: bank statements are only required for SELF SUFFICIENT AND SELF EMPLOYED..

there can be no finacial requirements imposed otherwise...

the only requirement is that your work is genuine!

@Wiggsy Dear.

Thank you very much for your reply.

1-I have been employed with the same company throughout 6 Years.
2-Yes-they will give me the Employment Letter .

Would you please specify how many wages slips and p60 shall i send?

So there is no need to send them my Blue Card?

Regards.

If you've been employed by the same company for that length of time, a letter from that employer stating this ought to be sufficient.

You can include five P60s. I would submit a copy of your work-permit documentation demonstrating that your employment was permitted. You might wish to include evidence of your address for the period you lived in the UK, eg council tax demands.

I would suggest that you not to send too much information or duplicate information, keep your application concise and simple.

EUsmileWeAllSmile@

Thanks for your reply.

1-So you mean i should not send my original BLUE CARD with the application?
a photo copy would be enough?

If i send them p60 then shall i send them wages slips as well?
if so then how many wages slips?

as a proof of address ...i just have bank statements+tv license+nhs card+mobile bill

I dont have any council tax or any bills on my name..

So in my case please suggest me.

thanks again for your kind help

Yes - that's what I meant by proof that you were entitled to work.

If you don't remember the exact dates, put whatever you remember and add a note explaining that you haven't spent more than X amount of days outside the UK. The requirement is to be more than 6 moths a year which is pretty easy to meet.

If you worked (even part time) while being a student, health insurance is not required.

You can if you wish but it is not a must. . The HO are the ones who issued it so they should be aware you have it. If your application is approved, it holds no real value.

There is no point sending duplicate evidence. If you have P60s to cover the 5 years, just send that. There is no point also to send payslips for months already covered by P60s.

To prove residence, you can use utility bills or your P60s (if has address on it) or bank statements. You need to cover the 5 years but not need to cover every day. 1-2 items per year should be enough.
