Section 4 in British Passport Application

I am applying for my first British passport. I have recently received British citizenship through naturalization.

Stuck on section 4 for British Passport. Do I need fill in these details? Also, do I need to provide details about my grandparents?

Any advice regarding this section will be very helpful.

You can provide parent's information as presumely you provided the same in AN form.

Grandparent's detail not required.

Yes, I have filled in the same info as submitted in form AN.

Was confused about Grandparents details but your advice helps...

In Section 4 there are 4 white boxes at the beginning which are one to be ticked ?

In the form it says left side boxes to be left blank.
