spellish .My bro is also in same situation as yours. He went to liverpool PEO on 22feb n the case worker asked for more documents,. then they sent a letter to his solicitor asking abt all client info n even his personal bank statement for last 2 yrs..He is on tier1 working for an IT company + self employed..
Sent docs n still waiting for his letter.
