ID for the British Citizenship Ceremony

Post by Stefhsu27 » Mon Apr 15, 2013 4:42 pm

Hi All,

Sorry if the question is too silly to ask, I'd just like to get things absolutely clarified.

Re. the required photo ID to bring for the citizenship ceremony, I take that my driving license is fine for this purpose, even though it was my passport that had been used for the BC application?
The reason I asked is because my passport will be sent away for my visa application for somewhere else soon which I don't think will be returned before my BC ceremony.

Thanks very much for any help.

I think it should be fine, but you can just get it clarified with your local council who will be conducting the ceremony.
