what period out of UK stay is allowed?

Dear all Team Memebers,

Thanks for your help and I get my Tier1 visa extension under HSMP JR till2016.

My question is as I am out of UK for my dependents visa process.I came in my home country in February 1st 2013 now how many days I can stay out of UK?

my previous stay of 7 months will become zero if I stay out of UK fpor more than 90 days?

please guide.

My current visa is Tier1 General which is based on HSMP JR
