ILR Eligibility

Post by rmtr » Tue Apr 16, 2013 11:35 am

Hi There,

I have been in the UK since June 2008. Originally I entered via Work Permit Arrangement. That visa was issued on 17th of May 2008. I entered on the 26th of June 2008. This visa was valid till the 17th of June2010. I got an extension under the T2(ICT) scheme on the 10th of June 2010, this visa is valid till the 1st of June 2013.

Am I now eligible to apply for ILR as I will complete 5 yrs on the 26th of June 2013

Please Advice

you need to find out whether time spent under Tier 2 (ICT) counts toward ILR or not.

I dont know the answer to the question but it should be relatively easy to find that out on UKBA site

You are eligible to apply for ILR but check that you meet all the requirements, e.g. absences from the UK. See:
