Tier1 postal fee receipt

Hi there,

I have got my tier1 visa extended a week before (throught postal application). I have got an option of claiming the fee back from my employer. However, UK BA has not provided any receipt for the fee. Is it possible to get a recieipt from UKBA for postal applications? If so, any pointers would be of great help.

what was the mode of payment?
show them debit/credit card statement or a copy of pay order if you paid by bank draft or cheque

UKBA doesnt provide any official receipt for the payment as far as i know
