Does the 180 day limit apply to family dependants as well ?

Post by anees » Tue Apr 16, 2013 10:34 am

Hi ,

I'm here on a 5 year sponsored work permit from Nov 2008. Does the new 180 day limit apply to my wife and kids as well ?

Apologies if its a silly question.

Thanks,
Anees

Thanks for the answer. So, this means that all dependants are still subjected to the 180 days for the 5 year period ?

Let me clarify this .
Depedents are not restricted with 180 days rules. Hope this clarifies.
