I have passed LIUK last year and granted ILR in 2013.
senior plz confirm is the same LIUK will work for AN
or I have to go for new test.

Yes. It has no expiry date.

The LIUK test will be valid but you must meet further English language requirements for naturalisation from October 2013 unless exempt.

At the minute its only statement of intent , although its likely to be implemented but no concrete decision has been made yet
