Director in Ltd. Company and Employed too

Hello,

I used to do contracting out of my own Ltd. company working as a director. I have taken monthly salary till Feb 2013 and dividend in March 2013.

In March 2013 I started working as a full time employee in another company. However I'm still director of my Ltd. company but not taking any salary. My company is not closed yet.

My question will there be a problem for UKBA of my dual employment? Technically, I'm still director of my Ltd. company and also full time employee some where else, however my income source is only 1 as I'm not doing any work out of my Ltd. company, so no invoices and hence no income.
