Will Application returned Invalid?

Problem in Filling Application

I used Solicitor for my Tier 2 G application
Now i found that the following question (only) is unanswered in application

Section Q - Representative’s Details
This section asks you to provide details of your appointed representative such as their
name, address and contact details. It also asks whether or not they are appropriately
registered or regulated to provide immigration advice.


Q11. Do you want your representative to use the premium service to book a Public Enquiry
Office appointment through the Third Party Representative Service?
Yes Go to question Q12
No Go to next Section


What happens if application is returned as Invalid ?

If Returned , Will i need to just fill Q11 or Should make new application

Will they return as Invalid, for not filling Q11?
But there is no warning for mandatory in this Section Q

If the section/question was not designated as mandatory, then you should be okay (34A).
