Not received confirmation from HSMP team

Post by hsmp_distressed » Sat Mar 31, 2007 3:30 am

Hello People,
Home office received my application on 28th March, '07. I verified this from the parcelforce website. Mine is an out of country application. I have so far not received any confirmation mail from HSMP team. Not sure if I should start worrying. I would also like to know other people's experiences as to how much time it gets to have the HSMP approved should documents be all in order. Any help appreciated.

I posted my documents on March 24th.
They received it on March 28th.
I got the confirmation mail on March 30th.
Yesterday I called HO enquiring my ref. number but they said that ref. number was not assigned.
But after that call I got the ref. number.

Wait for 3-4 ays after your documents has reached HO then call them and enquire.

As of yesterday(march 30th), they are processing documents received on March 13th. So there is a lag of 2 weeks in processing the documents.

they only email the ref# once the case is assigned to a case worker.

after speaking to them on the phone however they gave me my ref#. It still hadn't been assigned to a case worker.

Here are the details

Sent: 26th March
Recieved - 27th March
Funds deducted: 29th March
Ref# = 213XXX
