Does Indian Embassy collect parcel from post office

I sent my post via special deliveray, it looks post office left a card in Indian Embassy to collect the parcel. Do they collect from post office.

Will Post office will redeliver in the next day. If not how long it will be in post office before post office return to me.

Would you not be able to ask royal mail for redelivery to addressee, as you have the tracking number? Try it.
