British passport for new born and parents having ILR

Post by CD_April2013ILR » Wed Apr 17, 2013 9:46 pm

Hi,

Myself and my wife got ILR on 05th April, 2013 and we had a baby on 09th April, 2013 in UK.

1) Can I apply directly British passport for my baby by taking the application form from the post office or I need to apply using MN1 form.

2) what documents do I need to send along with baby application form.

Please Help.

Regards

Thank you Vinny for the reply.

1) I can apply a British passport for the baby directly by picking a application form from the post office because we already had ILR before the baby is born here.

2) Documents to send: Application form, Baby birth certificate, Baby photos,
My passport and my ILR biometric card.

Hope I am not wrong. Please anyone correct me if there is any error.

Regards
