Strange

One of our fellows has been rejected for the reason "We don't think your job is a graduate level." although he is working as UNIX Administrator.

So I wonder how HO is evaluating gradute level jobs?
Should we need to state in the employer reference that the job is a graduate level ??

Unix administration does not necessitate a degree. It's a rather technical job.

Well A Linux adminsitrator could be anyone with MCSE CCNA certifications and for Software Engineer position require a bachelor degree normally.

But for large scale enterprise (ISP, Banks), a linux admin shud have a degree (Sciences or Engineering either) with certs.
