Tier-1 Absences Reason for ILR

Post by nks » Thu Apr 18, 2013 9:10 am

In wake of ongoing Absences saga for Tier 1, I wonder if my following genuine argument will be acceptable to UKBA for not braking my continuity for ILR :

After first arriving in UK and searching for job for initial 2 months, I went back to India to explore UK jobs with Indian outsourcing companies. I also used this time to explore any business opportunities to be operated from UK. There were two absences : 2 weeks and and another of 2 months.

Ofcourse it will depend on CW and other factors but putting yourself in CW's shoes, do they sound valid/acceptable reasons for not breaking the conitnuity? I don't think I can provide any evidences to support this.

Thanks,
nks
