Thanks for the information Hassan. Just one more silly question. After 2 weeks will the judge give his final decision as to whether that guy should get psw or will the judge just let us know whether we have a valid case?

At wat time hearing will start?? Can anyone know???plz reply thnx

hearing timming is 10 am and court no is 49.. please come from the chancery lane side because front side will be close because of THATCHER’S FUNERAL
Hearing was good just pray..inshallah we will win that case. Mr zane malik syed barrister raised points on degree level and policy guidance and rules. Judge appreciated his work and way of explanning. Ahmed barrister concentrate on fairness. This is our last hope because our two ACCA barristers were fighting with one home office barrister. Everyone just pray.

Glad to hear the updates...please tell us more about the arguments regarding degree level.
Also tell its about whether it goes to the Supreme court or to some other court, if the lost party decide to appeal.
Thanks

I was too late to realise those study in UK campaigns are just a way to con money out of poor third world country students..
I paid around £10,000 in tuition fees so far, but denied all opportunities to get work experience, WHICH WAS IN PLACE WHEN I MADE UP MY MIND.
They had my money, now they want me out of here.
Shamefully this is what Britain has been whole through out the history.

Not many people were given right to appeal in ftt or utt. So we had to go straight for JR. Not sure utt will be involved in our cases in any way.

Hi

Hi,
I am following this forum last year April 2012...I applied for psw on Acca fundamental basis in April 2012..application was rejected with the reason that it is not degree level programme..got right of appeal in FTT and i won in the FTT but UKBA challenged in UTT and I lost the case coz they put straightway Mirza case infrount of My representive and didn't give him enough chance to speak up coz the Judge came with his decision and within 10mints he gave me the decision...It was strange to me...well I didn't get right of appeal but I have put the application in the Court of appeal for asking permission...lets see what will happen...But I am desperately waiting for the 17th April's case outcome...Hope it will be in our favour..!!!

This is actually a very sad news for all of us, I was relying on the judge's decision.

I think so too, unless people sent in an OBU degree that they did as a top up before their application was decided.
