ILR eligibility - Tier2 ICT visa issued on 23rd April 2010

Hi All,

Please advice whether I am eligible for Permanent residence as per below conditions:

Visa type – Tier2 ICT long-term leave to remain
COS issued – 19/04/2010
VISA issued - 23/04/2010
UK port of entry – 09/05/2010
It’s really helpful for any of your answers.

Yes you are but after 10 years of residence.

Thanks for your kind reply. In UK PR eligibility is more than 5 years as i am aware. Can you please let me know where this 10 years came from? Please answer

Which date (exact) was your visa application submitted at UK counslate of your home country?

If it is after April 6th then you will not be eligible for ILR, Please refer the below link from UKBA
