unreasonable Delay !!!

unreasonable Delay !!!

Hello Friends

I applied for my extension on 3rd April on a next day delivery. Royal Mail confirm that it has been delivered on 4th April to Durham Office. I waited for postman till today, I don't receive even Acknowledgement letter till today. My 02 friends applied after me, they have done their Biomatric also!!!.

I am bit worried now. Please is there any body in the same situation? Should I have to do anything about this? Can I call UKBA?

Please your advise much appreciated.

What was the mode of payment?

Has payment been deducted?

I sent Bankers' Draft for my self and dependents.
