Hi all

could anyone suggest what kind of contract to show ukba for grocery shop business on 50k route.

You can have contracts with individuals. It depends what is your business and what services you are offering.

Its a general grocer deals with newspapers soft drinks gift items and other day today items. Door delivery etc thanks for your reply. If you could give me some sort of idea will be g8 as time ia very short for me

Assuming you are applying from PSW under £50,000. Your business need to be NQF4 OR ABOVE. Above mentioned services do not appear to be NQF 4 level.

hiya

you are right but the business is to extend the chain of business. I recon it falls on code 3541 (buyer and procurement officer) when we have mutliple same type business what says on the codes details are matching if im wrong correct me pls

I understand your business is involved in buying and procurement in the grocery sector? If that is the case then I suppose your business would be involved with suppliers of some sort with whom you must have established some contractual terms to show the UKBA?

I think in your case, two contract will be better. One with supplier and one with client for your intial application
