Tier1 dependent visa for my daughter

My husband having tier1 general visa. I am a house wife. My 1st daughter and I have dependent visa. We are applying visa for my 2nd daughter. My husband is maintaining fund from 28th January. So we are eligible to apply after 28th April. I have a bank account in uk and it has enough funds from December. We are planning to apply little earlier.
1. Can we show maintenance from 2 bank accounts.?
I am not working so I don't have any proof for the money. Does it create any problem?

For parent passport copy, is it needed to attach all the pages including empty pages or only the main pages enough?
