HSMP approved. Within when I need to apply EC

I got my HSMP approved. Currently I am in US on business visit. I will be back after 3 months. Any deadline, like within how many months/days of HSMP approval , I need to get the EC ...?

You get 6 months time from the date mentioned on your approval letter

Can I get 6 months time to enter UK , after getting the EC ?

Are u currently on workpermit at the moment? Wot u can do is send ur passport/docs for FLR and once its approved, get someone to send ur passport back to you.....Reason is that the earlier the better cos dont know wot Home Office will come up with regarding u have 6months to get EC or FLR.

Or if you need to get EC, get it over with ASAP and if you dont want the start date to begin asap, just tell them u want like 3-4months start date in your cover letter.

Got my HSMP and went to apply for EC and got it within 1 week.
